Free items are available to all shoppers on our website, it's limited to a maximum of 5 items from different collections at a time per customer. We have decided to put this item out for free because we don't find them fit for sale to customers due to either scratched or stained or both. Sometimes we also put them out for free with no scratch or stain but because they are outside our niche market.

Since we buy from a 3rd party we have no relationship with the manufacturers, Warranties are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer and the final determination of warranty adjustments rests with the manufacturer of the product.
