All items on our website are new. We state the category of each product which you will find on the product title ending - NC, LNC, SDA, etc. (*see more details on each category down) which gives information on the condition of the packaging and any minor scratches on the product due to handling and storage.
30% of our products fall within NC category
55% of our products fall within LNC category
15% falls within other categories
Most of our free items fall within the SDA category.Â
Our items come from various suppliers 60% are basically from major retail stores which includes department store overstocks, cancellations, a manufacturer making up too much product, or a closeout deal when a vendor wants to clear merchandise at the end season. While 10% of items on our site are  Open Box Items which means items are NEW and in excellent condition with no wear. The item may be missing the original packaging or may be in the original packaging but not sealed. Items always include original accessories. Irrespective of what condition it is, we always spell it out in the description of the item. This is how we can sell high-quality items at low prices.

Unused merchandise with signs of handling and/or warehouse exposure that is sellable without repairs needed, most items in this category are repackaged.

Refurbished
Merchandise that has been repaired to full functionality but may have signs of wear or use unless otherwise specified.
- (UGC) -
Used - Good CategoryÂ
Merchandise with signs of use from handling and/or customer exposure that is sellable without repairs needed.

Used - Fair CategoryÂ
Merchandise with heavy signs of use from handling and/or customer exposure that is likely in need of repair prior to resale.
- (SC) -
Salvage Condition
Merchandise requiring significant repairs prior to resale or else will be used for parts/components only.

Mixed ConditionÂ
Can include products of any quality, including salvage. There's no guarantee of one particular product condition unless specified in the manifest or auction details.

FREE ITEMS
Free items are available to all shoppers on our website, it's limited to a maximum of 3 items from different collections at a time per customer. We have decided to put this items out for free to show love and appreciation to our customers some of this products fall within the LNC / SDA category.Â
Since we buy from a 3rd party we have no relationship with the manufacturers, Warranties are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer and the final determination of warranty adjustments rests with the manufacturer of the product. We will do all we can to satisfy our customers in a situation where they are unsatisfied with products purchased but we cannot assume responsibility which is that of the manufacturer.Â
