24HRS DELIVERY FOR ORDERS IN TORONTO

 Our working day is MONDAY - SATURDAY and all orders from Toronto city will be delivered within 24hrs. 

Since our business model is cost-driven we understand that the Toronto shipping rate of $7.80 flat fee might be high for some, but we are working hard to find ways to improve our logistics so the shipping flat rate can be reduced for Toronto. Due to this we however offer pick-up and curbside drop-off options to customers based on agreement. (Only in Toronto).

  

SHIPPING POLICY FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE TORONTO

All orders around the GTA will be delivered between 24 - 48hrs depending on the location from MONDAY - SATURDAY

The shipping rate for CanadaPost fee fluctuates, due to this, we will be flexible with rates as deemed fit. But, in a few cases, we offer free shipping on items based on promos and other factors.

If you’re purchasing multiple products over the cost of $200, please get in touch with our team at e4cents@gmail.com for a revised shipping cost and assistance in your shopping experience.

Also, you can purchase multiple pieces for one shipping fee depending on considering factors like destination and the weight of the product. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

 

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at e4cents@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item in Original Package/ Labels In New condition as received Unusedand mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS  
 
We will offer free returns with exceptions only to Product Issues that is caused due to errors such as:
  • Wrong item
  • Quality Issues
  • Damaged during shipping.

If the item was approved by the customer before shipping there might be little or no refund, only with some certain considerations left to the discretion of e4cents.

In other cases, the Customer might be the one to pay for return shipping. Above all we would always love to resolve all complaints with returns being the final resolve, this is to ensure we maintain our goal of zero carbon emission and reduction while boosting customer satisfaction.
